1. About Aura

Aura ("we", "us", "our") is a digital product platform offering pre-built AI-generated persona packages — including images, style prompts, branding guides, and usage documentation — designed for influencer monetization, content creation, and digital marketing purposes.

Our products are delivered digitally and are accessible immediately upon successful payment.

2. Non-Exclusive License

All AI persona packages, images, visual assets, prompts, and accompanying materials sold through Aura are provided under a non-exclusive license.

This means that the same persona package — including all images and materials contained within it — may be purchased and used by multiple customers simultaneously. You are not the sole owner of the content you purchase, and Aura does not guarantee or represent that your purchased content is unique to you.

—Other customers may have purchased or may in the future purchase the same package.

—The personas and images are not exclusive and are not reserved for a single buyer.

—Aura reserves the right to continue selling any package to additional buyers without limit or notice.

—No exclusivity upgrade or rights transfer is offered unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement signed by Aura.

3. What You Receive

Upon completing your purchase you receive:

—A downloadable content pack containing AI-generated images of the selected persona.

—Styling prompts and a generation guide to help you produce consistent additional content.

—Usage documentation detailing recommended applications for the persona.

—A non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the content commercially (see Section 4).

4. Permitted Commercial Use

Subject to these Terms, Aura grants you a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use the purchased content for commercial purposes, including but not limited to:

—Social media content creation and account management.

—Digital advertising and sponsored content.

—Influencer-style monetization campaigns.

—Online courses, newsletters, or digital products featuring the persona.

You may not:

—Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the raw content pack or any portion of it to third parties.

—Claim ownership or authorship of the AI-generated images themselves.

—Use the content in a manner that is misleading, fraudulent, or violates applicable law.

—Use the content to impersonate real individuals or create deceptive identities intended to harm others.

5. Intellectual Property

All AI persona packages, branding, guides, and platform content are the intellectual property of Aura or its licensors. Your purchase grants you a usage license only — ownership of the underlying assets remains with Aura.

The prompts and guides included in your package are provided exclusively for your personal use in generating additional consistent content. You may not publish, share, or sell the prompts themselves as standalone products.

6. No Refund Policy

Due to the instant digital delivery nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a package has been downloaded or accessed.

If you experience a technical issue preventing you from accessing your purchase, please contact us within 48 hours of your transaction and we will resolve the issue at our discretion.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Aura's products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the content will meet your specific marketing objectives, generate a particular level of engagement, or be free from errors.

Results from using AI persona packages vary depending on your platform, audience, and strategy. Aura makes no income guarantees or performance representations.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aura shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or services, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of data, or business interruption.

9. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for how you use the purchased content. You agree to comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and platform policies (including social media platform terms of service) when using Aura's products.

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase from Aura.

10. Modifications to These Terms

Aura reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the platform or any purchased content after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your purchase shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any formal proceedings are initiated.
