—Basic analytics — page views, referrer source, device type, and approximate geographic location, collected via Vercel Web Analytics.
Information we do NOT collect
—We do not collect your name, phone number, physical address, or any demographic information.
—We do not require you to create an account or set a password.
—We do not use tracking cookies for advertising or retargeting.
—We do not store your payment card details — all payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect strictly to operate our service:
—Process and confirm your purchase via Stripe.
—Send you a one-time email with your download link via Resend.
—Allow you to look up your purchase history using your email address.
—Understand general site traffic and usage patterns through anonymous analytics.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Third-Party Services
We rely on the following third-party services to operate Etrynx. Each processes data according to their own privacy policies:
—Stripe — payment processing. Stripe collects your email, payment card details, and billing information directly. We never see or store your card number. See stripe.com/privacy.
—Resend — transactional email delivery. Your email address is shared with Resend solely to send your purchase confirmation and download link. See resend.com/legal/privacy-policy.
—Supabase — database hosting. Your email and purchase records are stored in a Supabase-hosted PostgreSQL database with row-level security enabled. See supabase.com/privacy.
—Vercel — website hosting and analytics. Vercel Web Analytics collects anonymous, aggregated usage data (no personal identifiers). See vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy.
5. Cookies
Etrynx uses minimal cookies:
—Vercel Web Analytics — a lightweight, privacy-focused analytics cookie. No personal data is tied to it.
—Admin session — an httpOnly cookie used solely for administrator authentication. This does not apply to customers.
We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or any third-party marketing scripts.
6. Data Retention
Your email address and purchase records are retained indefinitely so you can access your downloads at any time. If you would like your data deleted, contact us and we will remove your records within 30 days.
Stripe retains payment data according to financial regulatory requirements (typically up to 7 years). This is outside our control.
7. Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information:
—All data is transmitted over HTTPS.
—Database access is restricted with row-level security policies.
—Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe (PCI-DSS compliant).
—Admin access is protected by authenticated sessions.
